Monday 18th August - walks *** – Felixstowe with chips on the beach – mainly cloudy.

The last day from the lovely visit from the Grandson Arlo with his mum and dad who now all live in Devon so don’t get to see them very often:( We had to take the last clothes from my Dads bungalow to the Bus Stop Charity shop with its lovely people at nine before returning for pancakes for breakfast we will return to healthy eating tomorrow! Rob and Hannah headed to their favourite bookshop, the wonderful Treasure Chest to buy even more books! Arlo and I had fun with our new ping pong gear before we headed down to Felixstowe seafront for sausage on the beach, sheltering behind a groyne as it was cloudy with a cool breeze from the NE! It was lovely and we found some sharks teeth. Rob and Hannah went for a last swim, they have been in the see 4 times on this visit:) We took Arlo to spens a bag of loose change we found at my Dads bungalow and to be honest it was horrible, really crowded and the machines are a complete ripoff so wont be in a hurry to return there, hate it!!!! Then home and the company set for for a 5 hour drive to Devon, fingers crossed there are no hold-ups!

PS - I am on a roll at the BBC with another pic on the weather report and I hope to get out for a windsurf foil tomorrow:)
